4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 5777cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as, or impersonating, another person;
• Creating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by law;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games;
• Using software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to automate betting activity or exploit system vulnerabilities;

• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity;

12 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any such intellectual property.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 5777cx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 5777cx expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Changes in Applicable Law that affect your ability to use the Platform;
• Any act, omission or decision of the Operator in relation to your Account, bets or transactions.

5777cx's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy

The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data by 5777cx is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's published terms, or to a court of competent jurisdiction as applicable.

16 Amendments to These Terms

5777cx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the Platform, by email to your registered address or both, prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Outstanding balances at the time of Account closure will be processed in accordance with the Operator's published withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable compliance checks.
